This week went really well. I was nervous that I’d have trouble sleeping, or I’d get bored, or feel especially lonely without Josh there, but thankfully that wasn’t the case. I slept great (and I won’t lie, I enjoyed having the extra bed space to stretch out 😉 ). If I got bored I took Lulu for a drive, organized, or went to the grocery store. And I never felt lonely because I could text with Josh throughout the day, and I made a point to see friends every few days.
1. Exercise 3x: B-
barely exercised twice.
2. Get Out of the House (every other day at least): A
This goal was to make sure I got fresh air and human interaction during my week alone, and that’s what I did!
3. Reorganize “Problem Areas” In The House: A+
I reorganized our pantry AND our bedroom closet – both were long overdue – and it feels great.
This week’s list of goals is short & simple.
1. Exercise 3x
This is the week it happens; I can feel it! Setting a daily reminder in my phone now.
2. Read at least three chapters of Thanks for the Feedback
I really love what I’ve read of this book, but I’m making slow progress (as I do with most nonfiction books), so setting this small goal should help me make it through.
3. Take care of myself
I feel like I am on the verge of getting sick, so I’d like to avoid that if I can. This week I’m going to take it easy, eat well, get good sleep, and just pay extra attention to what my body is telling me.
