Getting Back Into the Swing of Things

Last week’s goals: B

Get out of bed: B
I did spend more time out of bed this week and I earned myself those high-fives i was wanting, but I default to hanging out in bed because my energy is still pretty low.

See my parents a couple times before they leave: B
I only saw them once, yesterday. A combination of my poor health and their busy schedule getting ready to go back on the road kept us from hanging out more. But I’m really glad I got to see them yesterday.

This week’s goals:

1. Finish my book
Thanks for the Feedback is due this week, and I’d really like to finish it before having to return it to the library.

2. Continue to get better / get out of bed and the house
This week I’m going to keep incorporating more healing foods and start trying not to stay in bed all day. Even if I just relocate to the couch, I think that will help me feel more normal and help me work my energy up to a “normal” level. I’d also like to leave the house at least three times this week if possible, but I’m not going to force myself to do anything too overwhelming.

3. Not wait ’til the last minute to blog every day
It’s become a habit to put this blog off until the evening, but I don’t really like doing that. I’m going to make blogging earlier a priority.
