I have a terrible headache today, so the only “skill” I’m cultivating this Saturday is turning off all the lights and sleeping all day. I might do this yoga for headaches video if I can handle being out from under my covers for 30 minutes. If it works, it will be worth it, but getting started is the real challenge.. It’s one of those headaches that makes me feel nauseated and dizzy at the slightest bit of movement. ugh. Alright I need to stop looking at a screen and retreat back into darkness. See y’all tomorrow.

  1. Oh, no! I’m so sorry. 😦 You know I just went through one similar to that, ugh. Sometimes it helps relieve a bit of pain if I put something very cool or very warm (like holding a mug of hot coffee or tea) against the side of my head or across my forehead. Temporary, but any port in a storm… I’ll be praying it goes away quickly. Meanwhile, happy sleeping. – Allison R.
