3-Ingredient Almond Butter Fudge

I found this recipe on Pinterest and I’ve made it twice already this month. SO easy and SO yummy.. and made of completely “clean” ingredients! All you need is:

  • Almond Butter
  • Coconut Oil
  • Honey (or maple syrup)

The recipe is over at Chocolate Covered Katie. I have made it with both smooth and crunchy almond butter.. both were delicious!

I got these candy molds on Amazon with the intention of using them to make juice gummies, but they were also the perfect size for my little fudge bites! If you don’t have any candy molds, you can use a mini muffin tin (I recommend using liners) or just pour it into a square dish lined with wax paper.. but I will warn you this doesn’t make much so your fudge will be spread kinda thin.

Looking at this picture from a few days ago is tempting me to whip up another batch right now… Let me know if you try these! I thought they were very easy and decadent.
