1. Take care of myself: B
The usual: supplements, healing foods, go outside, do yoga, stay on top of daily chores, get enough rest, and don’t stress out too much. I skipped out on all forms of exercise and I don’t think I got *quite* enough rest, but otherwise I’m pretty pleased that I was able to keep most of “the usual” up. I even managed to keep my stress under control most of the week!
2. Don’t get sick: A
Well.. I woke up pretty sick today, but I didn’t get sick before or during the patreon meet-up, and that’s what I was really aiming for.
3. Clean the whole house: A+
This was the thing I was most stressed about a week ago (you know when you’re worried about something you have no control over, so you over-stress about something you CAN control? That’s what this was). But we managed to do it. It wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be.
4. Survive: A
In the last seven days, we shot six videos, deep cleaned almost the whole house, kept up with our normal weekly obligations, welcomed 65+ people into our home on Friday, my brother graduated from college on Saturday (YAY ALEX!) while Josh spent the day around Nashville with the patrons, and yesterday we hung out the whole afternoon and evening with those same 65+ patrons (plus a few more!). I did wake up sick today, but again.. I’m glad it didn’t happen in the middle of all the craziness. And I did survive without a nervous breakdown, so that’s a win! 😉
This week’s goal:
Last week, I was just trying to keep my head above water. This week, I’m gonna grab an inner tube (teehee) and leisurely float my way through the week. I want to keep up with my daily health routines, and mayyyybe hang out with friends once or twice if I’m feeling up to it, but other than that I’m planning to just chill.
