1. Rest: A
I rested all week, and I am finally feeling better. My energy is still really low, but at least I’m not sick sick anymore.
This week’s goals:
1. The usual
I’ve gotta get back into my daily routine.
I have a book checked out from library that I’ve been wanting to read for like a year, but I haven’t even cracked it open yet.. and it’s due soon.
3. Restart workouts
We took a break from Insanity in the weeks surrounding the meet-up (because of too much to do, then because we were worn out) but it’s time to get back into the swing of it.
