1. The usual: B
My energy hasn’t been great lately, and that makes it hard to keep up with even simple routines. It’s frustrating, but there’s not much I can do about it beyond resolving to try again.
2. Read: F
I tried starting my book from the library several times, but always ended up being interrupted. Now it is overdue and unavailable for renewal. Oh well! I’ll give it another go when I get back from vacation.
3. Restart workouts: F
Back to that “low energy” thing.. I didn’t worry about doing Insanity or even yoga this week. Maybe I should have – maybe my energy level would be improved with exercise. But I didn’t do it. Currently UGHing @ myself.
This week’s goals:
1. Get ready for vacation
We’ve got so much to do in preparation for going out of town next week. I’m working on my schedule for this week, and dang. It’s gonna be pretty crazy. It’s definitely doable as long as my body cooperates, but unfortunately I have no guarantee of that. #spoonieproblems
2. Take care of myself (ESPECIALLY make time for rest)
This is going to be an intensely busy week, and I’m already feeling a little BLEH today.. I’m praying that it doesn’t turn into something big! Nobody wants to be sick on vacation. So this week I’ve gotta make sure I make time for rest and also be extra proactive with my health. This includes making an effort to exercise in the aforementioned hope that it will improve my energy.
