Drop of a Hat

I wish I understood why I suddenly started feeling so rough after a pretty good week all last week, and why it’s lingering so long. I was being so healthy & proactive last week! It’s frustrating that my health can turn at the drop of a hat like that and I can’t even pinpoint what caused it.

I still can’t handle the internet right now, and that makes me feel silly, like I’m an oversensitive fool.. and even a little guilty. :/ I know I said just the other day that you shouldn’t feel guilty for shutting it all off, but I kinda do haha.

All the kind comments and messages I received on Wednesday were so overwhelming and comforting. Overwhelming because I don’t know how to thank y’all or properly engage with everyone who reached out and I feel bad about that.. Comforting because it feels good to know there are people out there who care about ME for some reason! Thanks, y’all ❤️

I hope everyone has a good weekend. See you tomorrow.

  1. Please, please, please, don’t feel bad about being off the Internet! I wish I would have! It has just made me lose respect for people! (Glad you aren’t one of them ☺️💜)

  2. It is not silly at all. Many people have turned off their social media to be able to get through the hardship of dealing with results. I think it could be a good way to breathe in and out and to set your mind in a better place. Many people are just angry and will react too quickly causing issues. Walking away is pretty smart, I think.
